WARNINGS:

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

2.1 The Site allows Customers to reserve rooms and additional services at the Hotel Paris Neuilly (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”). 2.2 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “General Terms and Conditions of Sale”) are applicable to the reservation of rooms and additional services (the “Services”) at the Hotel and are those in force on the date of confirmation of the reservation on the Site. 4. RATES

4.1 The Services offered by the Provider are provided at the rates in effect on the Hotel’s Website at the time the reservation is made by the Provider. The prices for booking the Services are indicated in the commercial currency of the Hotel, “euros; all taxes included”, and are valid only for the period indicated on the site. No claim can be validly accepted in case of non-compliance with these formalities and deadlines by the Customer. 9. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES AND FORCE MAJEURE
